Wholemeal Crepes

Calories per serving: 99 calories (without toppings)

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup wholemeal flour (or 2/4 cup w/m flour and 1 scoop of protein)
1.5 cups almond milk

Method
Beat egg and sugar. Add flour and milk and mix well.
Pour in batches and swirl to thin out in a medium hot fry pan
Flip and Serve Hot

Toppings
Lemon and sugar
Banana
Strawberries and/or other berries
If you’re feeling naughty – maple syrup
