Welcome to
our world

Inspiring and empowering women is what we love to do. We get one shot at this crazy thing called life so let’s make sure we make it the best possible one!

What we're about

We believe in practicing what you preach, and being 100% raw and honest. That’s all you’ll get here.

We also believe balance is key, so not only will you find super nutrient dense food amongst the recipes, but also those indulgent treats that we all need. We don’t cut out anything – our lifestyles never says no – and you’ll always find chocolate and wine close by in my (Danni’s) house.

OUR MISSION

To to help as many people as possible to create a healthy and balanced relationship with their body and food.

behind the figure

I’m a mum of 3 kids, who is super passionate about helping women who have lost their mojo to get their happiness, motivation and confidence back.

Fitness and health are so important to me and are the foundations of a full and long life. Whether it’s training for a big run – or having fitness goals in play – having something to strive for pushes me.

I’m a Wife & Mum of 3 kids with a passion for living a healthy and happy life through good nutrition and self care.

I love helping busy women discover their inner wisdom and reclaim their health.

I strive to be a strong, nurturing, and empowering role model for my children; leading by example and laying down the foundations of a healthy and active life.

To show them anything is possible - and that they can do whatever they want if they put their minds to it.

My darling husband and kids are my world. I am so blessed to have such a devoted and hands on daddy for Harper, Harlow & Beau and so lucky to have such beautiful, healthy children.

Becoming a mother truely changed me – and it is the most rewarding and enriching part of my life. Just because we become mothers doesn’t mean though we lose ourselves – we just grow and develop even more.

I look forward to empowering women at all stages of their life to become fit, healthy, happy and confident.  Sharing my workouts, nutritional passion, life experiences and daily struggles, while juggling mum-life, work-life, home-life in this busy world we all live in.

Why I started

Sharing my life as a mother, woman and wife.

As an ex ballet dancer I have always had an underlying passion to be active and live a healthy lifestyle. During my teens and early 20’s I struggled with body image and not only did I think skinny was sexy, although I had studied nutrition at ballet school, my idea of a healthy day was one where I hadn’t eaten carbs but managed to drink a few glasses of wine each night.  It wasn’t until I started working in a gym that I realised not only was strong WAY sexier than skinny – but to be strong meant feeling my body accordingly.  My mindset did a 180, and I managed to find a balance of great nutrition, a fitness regime that made me strong – while still enjoying a glass of wine and not giving up chocolate.

As I reached my late 20’s I realised there were other women out there who struggled with similar issues, or thought that it was impossible to enjoy the treats and look lean and strong.  It seemed it was one way or the other – drink wine and eat the chocolate and be overweight, unhappy and shy away or give it up completely and be strong and lean and confident.  I knew I had to help educate women that this wasn’t the case.  That balance was possible and sustainable.  This was when I fell pregnant with Harper – and it reiterated even more why I needed to start this journey.  Becoming a mother was going to bring a whole new dimension – from pregnancy to early postpartum and beyond, and sharing my journey in the hope it would inspire other women was my mission.

In our lives, whether we are mothers, partners, working women – it doesn’t matter – there will be times that we are not as happy as we were, not as confident, and something stops us from feeling ourselves.  I want to empower women that you can get fit, have the body you’ve always dreamed of, be the healthiest version of yourself, and find happiness and confidence again – all with balance and while juggling a million things.
