10 Live Calls

Weekly Zoom meetings at 8pm on Mondays, Melbourne time. Education, support, collaboration and a bit of fun. A bit shy - don't worry babe - by the end these will be your besties and you'll be chatting away. If not - hang back and take it all in. No worries.

Private Call

Private Zoom call with a coach (Danni or Bethany) to help to stay on track and help with personal barriers or celebrate wins. Your chance to pick our brains, ask questions, dig a little deeper.

Text Support

Need that extra hand holding we got you girlfriend. With text support you have access to a coach whenever you feel you need that little bit more support. You're never alone.

Helena Berggren

Helena is a mindset and transformation coach helping women with goal setting, mindset and self empowerment. Helena wants to hold you accountable and help you understand the connection between your beliefs and goals so you can change your mental habits and achieve what you want. She wants you to feel inspired but more importantly, she wants you to know you can have it all – you just need to believe in yourself.

Charlotte Canlon

Charlotte is a senior pelvic floor and women’s health physiotherapist in Sydney. She has over 10 years experience having graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2013. Charlotte has undertaken further postgraduate studies in Women's Health Physiotherapy and is a Clinical Pilates instructor. She is a Mum of two young kids and is extremely passionate about treating pre and postnatal women and allowing them to exercise in the safest way possible.

Emily Chadbourne

Emily Chadbourne used to be a bit of an idiot. At 34 years old, she realised that no one was going to rescue her from her crappy waitressing job or her crappy life. She had to do it. Now, she shows other women how to consciously cultivate their personal power through their mindset, spiritual scaffolding and aligned systems. Emily’s no BS, sassy approach and honest accounts of the REAL world of love, life and business are often hilarious and always valuable. Originally from London, Emily now lives in Melbourne where she works internationally as a mindset coach.

Yes, you can join!  I’ve had loads of pregnant mumma’s on my courses. 

Yes, you can join! I’ve had women as early as 9 days postpartum join. Everything can be tailored because one size doesn’t fit all.

I’ve had people between 18 and 68 join my courses.  It’s never too early or too late to educate yourself and make changes to your health.  

Yes, you can! I’ve had people from New Zealand, France, England, Singapore, USA (including Hawaii) Mexico and more join.  

Yes, you can choose if you want to pay in 10 weekly instalments or 4 monthly instalments.
