Coaching Calls

These calls are designed for you if you have finished post group coaching/private coaching OR you are doing the self-paced course.
You’re feeling ready to take on the world and you are educated, but you still feel like a check-in or pep talk every now and then would really help you stay on track for months to come.
You can now purchase a once-off coaching call or a pack of 3 coaching calls, meaning you can get any burning questions you had answered, find out how to tweak things now that you’re on your way, get some more ideas around changing your mindset, fitness goals or new health goals and not feel like you’re totally alone.
Max 1 pack per person and the calls must be booked 6-8 weeks apart.
The calls can be booked with either Danni or Bethany.
