Porridge or ‘Harpers Oaties’ creamy delicousness

This would have to be Harper’s favourite breaky. Full of goodness – high in fibre, healthy fats, potassium, calcium and protein. Be careful it can be very hot straight of the stove – especially the pieces of banana. 

Ingredients
40g whole rolled oats
240ml full cream A2 Milk
1 tbsp peanut butter (unsalted)
1 banana
2 teaspoons flaxseeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Berries to top

Method
Put the oats, milk, peanut butter, flaxseeds, cinnamon, essence and sliced banana into a pot on a medium heat.  Slowly cook while stirring until smooth consistency.

Pop into a bowl and top with chia seeds and berries
