Movement and nutrition are such vital parts of our lives and nothing beats dancing to release that energy and fill your soul.

Bessie will take you through a simple Choreography which you can take home.

Then learn all about how to nourish your body and brain with Danni.

Snacks provided and a goodie bag to take home.

• All participants require a paid ticket
• Minimum age of 5 years old
• All children must be accompanied by a paying Parent or Legal Guardian
