what is energiser?

We wanted to do something that created consistency because with consistency habits form and goals are hit – lives are changed. Challenges are everywhere but for us – the word challenge had an end point….it meant there was no room for failure, that you were being put to a test – and this is not what this is about.

This is about building on tasks day on day. Making small changes consistently so once the month is up – that habit continues. That the focus of the month doesn’t seem like this massive task but a lifestyle change.

So we came up with ENERGISERS. Monthly goals that grow through the month that aren’t unattainable long term, that are sustainable and provide an improvement in long term health. 

I mean after all – that’s what we’re about.

So that’s enough chit chat – LET’S DO THIS.

With how busy our lives are, it’s easy to not actually take note of what goes in our mouth.   Being aware of what you consume and put into your body is WAY more than your body fat percentage – in fact – that’s only a tiny reason you should be mindful.
