The Vitality Project is initially a 12-week program of education and support with the opportunity to continue in the project for ongoing, consistent coaching for as long as you want – so that you can create habits that last a lifetime, not just for 12 weeks.

After having worked with hundreds of women, I know most of them likely are focusing on the wrong things.

Emily Chadbourne used to be a bit of an idiot.
At 34 years old, she realised that no one was going to rescue her from her crappy waitressing job or her crappy life. She had to do it. Now, she shows other women how to consciously cultivate their personal power through their mindset, spiritual scaffolding and aligned systems.
Emily’s no BS, sassy approach and honest accounts of the REAL world of love, life and business are often hilarious and always valuable.
Originally from London, Emily now lives in Melbourne where she works internationally as a mindset coach.
Charlotte Canlon
Senior Pelvic Floor & Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Charlotte is a Senior Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health Physiotherapist in Sydney. She has over 10 years experience having graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2013. Charlotte has undertaken further postgraduate studies in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and is a Clinical Pilates instructor.
She is a Mum of two young kids and is extremely passionate about treating pre and postnatal women and allowing them to exercise in the safest way possible.

The Vitality Project is initially 12 weeks long, and after that it’s up to you to decide if you want to stay in the project until YOU feel ready to leave. For various reasons, we sometimes need a little longer time before we’re ready to leave the nest. This is your one project without a deadline.
Once you’ve completed your initial 12 weeks it’s time to be consistent with the habits you’ve formed and you will have the opportunity to join ongoing mentorship.

I’ve had people between 18 and 68 join my courses. It’s never too early or too late to educate yourself and make changes to your health.
Yes, you can! I’ve had people from New Zealand, France, England, Singapore, USA (including Hawaii) Mexico and more join.
Not for this program, no. It is weekly payments.
We have scheduled our live calls twice a week at different times so that as many as possible can join live, regardless of which time zone you’re in. If you can’t join live anyway, submit your question, and I will answer it for you.
It will be a mix of Live Q/A Zoom calls (twice a week), video recordings, worksheets, and community support.

I never thought I could have a lifestyle where I could enjoy eating without the guilt or being on a never-ending diet. I thought I joined your course to loose weight but you taught me so much more. I’m thinking more positively, moving my body (and enjoying it), nourishing my body, drinking more water (way fewer migraines), and most importantly putting myself first so that I am the best version of myself.
