Distance: 5 km

Always wanted to enjoy running but just can’t seem to get started?

When I first started running I was just like you – I think I ran 300m and thought I would pass out. 10 years on – I’ve run 1 full marathon, 3 halves, copius 15km fun runs and running is now a part of my life.  It’s not exercise to me – it’s my mental health space.
SO – I’m going to help you get there too!

If you’ve never run before, or just need something easy to follow – this couch to 5km plan is for YOU.

Distance: 10 km

So you can run 5km – LEGEND!!
What’s next? Why not run 10km?

Leveling up by yourself can be hard so I got you, babe. I’ll get you running 10km in 8 weeks, pounding the pavement and feeling amazing.

I remember when I smashed my first 5km easily and thought ok – it’s time. 10km seems so hard but I will help you get there!

Distance:
Half Marathon

Oh, you’re ready for a half marathon! That in itself is epic. Congrats!!

Now it’s time to train – and you’re not sure where to start, right? I got you! Conditioning is key for a half marathon:

Distance:
Marathon

You’ve done it – you’ve committed to a full marathon!

Maybe you’ve done a half or two, or maybe it’s been on your goal list – whatever the reason – you’re in the BEST place to reach this epic goal.

You should be super proud – only 0.17% of the world’s population have run a marathon – so you are soon to be in the elite.

This plan is going to take you step by step through 16 weeks of training – including nutrition, warming up, conditioning, and recovery tips.
