I thought I was fuelling my body well before but I was eating way too much and too much of the wrong foods that I thought were good for me. I spent most of my days feeling bloated and with pain in my guts, searching for the answer to my gut health issues. I’ve seen gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, naturopaths, etc. I did FODMAP, intermittent fasting, no dairy, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan for a little bit, you name it!! I can honestly say that I have had no pain or been bloated sine starting this course (except after the night I lashed out on my birthday and woke in hot sweats and felt so shit the next day). I honestly believe it’s because I’m now fuelling my body with the goodness it needs, and I’ve never felt better! Danni, oh my word, i just had to say THANK YOU!!
 One week of following the meal plan and doing the workouts plus whatever neat exercise I can and I’m 1.6kg down!! It’s the first time in my adult life I’ve been able to lose weight without eating 1200 calories and extreme exercises. I didn’t know if I could expect anything on the scale especially as I’ve just started my monthly cycle so I was blown away! Normally in the lead up to that I would be reaching for all the chocolate and biscuits I could find and I’ve been so level with my food this week and haven’t felt tempted at all as I’ve enjoyed every single bit. I finally have hope I’m heading in the right direction, not only physically but mentally to build my body back after years of mistreatment and I’m feeling fitter and stronger each day. That’s why I created The Figure, because I know how it feels to wake up without any motivation and energy, not recognising your own body anymore, craving time for yourself, and wanting to feel confident in your clothes again. 

(I also love chocolate and champagne and believe that all the good things in life are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s all about balance!)
