The Vitality Project is initially a 12-week program of education and support with the opportunity to continue in the program for ongoing, consistent coaching for as long as you want so that you can create habits that last a lifetime – not just 12 weeks.
Your first 12 weeks consists of 12 modules which you will work through at your own time, live coaching calls to support and hold you accountable, as well as an abundance of resources and access to everything you need to change your life forever.
