How do I know if it's for me?
- You were confident and invigorated before kids, but now you seem to have lost your mojo
- You feel like you've fallen off the bandwagon and not been able to get back on
- You feel like you’re never getting anything right and you’re always letting yourself or others down. You try so hard, but you’re always falling short of your own expectations and it both hurts and leaves you with a feeling of guilt
