What is The Vitality Project?
The Vitality Project is a 4-week course (not a challenge!) that will kickstart your knowledge and equip you with the tools you need to navigate everyday life as smoothly as possible to hit your goals and live life to the fullest while feeling your best.
Because you know, life will happen.
There will be birthdays, events, holidays and you name it. With this course, you’ll be able to make conscious and healthy decisions WHILE enjoying and living your life to the fullest!
There’s no need to restrict yourself from all the good things in life, jump on a gazillion different diets promising quick fixes, and having guilt over eating ‘too much’ cake. Because – you’re allowed to eat the cake you know.
In this course, you’ll learn how to create a loving and healthy relationship with food – and yourself – without missing out on anything. Life’s meant to be enjoyed, right?!

I’m thinking more positively, moving my body (and enjoying it), nourishing my body, drinking more water (way fewer migraines), and most importantly putting myself first so that I am the best version of myself and I am really loving how I feel because of doing these things. It has also had a flow-on effect and a positive impact on my relationships with the people around me.

I came into this with a few basic goals and wanted extra education and accountability. My goals coming into this were 1. Create a habit around daily exercise 2. Improve gut health/create good habits around nutrition (cut out packaged foods) 3. Fat loss/change in body composition. I am so proud of myself as I feel I have achieved all of them!
Something I never thought of coming into this was MINDSET. I have always had a terrible narrative in my head that I’m not good enough and lacked confidence. A change in mindset has been by far the biggest thing I have gotten out of kickstart and I can’t thank you enough!!! I really wish we had a few more weeks…

My journey to get to kickstart has been one of serious neglect for myself and over-caring for all those around me.
A serial exerciser and under-eater after leaving high school I quickly spiraled into starving my body and wanting to be a certain size. My husband and I welcomed our first baby in 2011 and in 6 years we welcomed our 5th.
Five little people in 6 years meant my time and energy was fully consumed by my family and I let that be an excuse for not looking after myself. Exercise was always something I loved to do but food was my comfort and what I turned to when I was tired and overwhelmed.
Kickstart has changed my perspective like nothing else I’ve ever done.
I’ve crash dieted the past decade and hated the way my body has looked. I’ve been self-conscious and as the world’s biggest people pleaser and over thinker, I was constantly worried about what I looked like, said, and did.
I am now beginning to accept my worth isn’t made up of other people’s opinions of me - or of the number on the scales. HOWEVER, it is ok to want better for my health (both physically and mentally) and a belief in my desire to be happier and more confident with my appearance.
I’m healthier, lighter, jeans are fitting better 😉, happier, have more confidence at work and at home, and have made myself a priority for the first time in a long time.
Thank you Danni, Brooke and Bethany for your guidance, tough love and support. I’m a kickstart junky now and there’s no way I’m back to before!

I’ve had people between 18 and 68 join my courses. It’s never too early or too late to educate yourself and make changes to your health.
