Macaroni Bolognese

Ingredients
200g small macaroni
250g beef mince (or any mince you’d like to use)
Tin diced tomatos (no added salt)
1/2 onion – diced finely
1/2 red capsicum – diced finely
1 carrot – diced finely
Cinnamon and nutmeg

Method
Cook the macaroni until very soft

In a pan put some olive oil and add the onion, capsicum and carrot with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook until onion is soft.

Add the mince and cook until brown.

Add the diced tomatoes and a little water if needed.

Turn heat down to low and leave to simmer for up to an hour – until all the veggies are nice and soft. 

Mix pasta and meat mixture together and serve with grated cheese.

Baby bolognese complete.
