Oat Flap Jack

This is great for a snack – especially on the go -and super quick and easy.

Ingredients
1 banana
40g blueberries (can be replaced with raspberries)
30g oats 
40ml full cream milk (or milk substitute if allergies)
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp shredded coconut

Method
Mash the banana then add the blueberries and squish them all in roughly. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Pop in a non stick pan (I have to pop some baking paper halfway down mine as it’s a little big – 17cm x 15cm would be perfect) 

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 mins until golden brown on top

Cut into slices and watch your munchkin munch away
